IT Support Specialist


At InsightSquared, we're seeking full time IT Support Specialist to work alongside our IT Manager and help us take our internal tech to the next level.  This is an opportunity to expand your tech stack, management and trouble shooting expertise and learn under a mentor. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provided excellent end-user experience for employees requesting IT support
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Installation and configuration of hardware and software
  • A/V and video conference setup and troubleshooting
  • Maintaining and enforcing corporate IT security policies
  • Onboarding and Offboarding employees


  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills
  • Positive attitude and self-motivated
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Understanding of desktop operating systems (Windows 10 and macOS)
  • Knowledge of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wireless, etc)
  • 1-3 years of experience working in the IT field
